Josie Mai of Carthage is Executive Director of Spiva Center for the Arts in Joplin, as well as a prolific artist and accomplished chef.
The Opening Reception for EAT ART takes place at 6-8 pm, Friday, April 6 at historic Hyde House, 1110 East Thirteenth in Carthage.
The public is invited. Admission is free. Donations are welcome.
